Please read the booking terms carefully and make sure you have read and understand the lake rules. Please contact us for any further details regarding the terms of booking.

1, On receipt of your deposit we will reserve your holiday. Your booking is taken to be confirmed and accepted in respect of persons traveling at the time of confirmation.

2, Your completed booking form or email enquiry must include all persons traveling non anglers included.

3, All cancellations will incur a 20% administration fee. This fee is only charged prior to the terms set out below.

3(a), A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost confirms any booking.

3(b), If we allow a cancellation of your confirmed booking it will only be accepted by the person in authority of the group in writing then the following will apply.

3(c), 90 days before departure - 50% of total cost.

3(d), 30-59 days before departure - 50% of total cost.

3(e), Less than 42 days before departure 100% of total cost.

4, The person in charge of the group confirms they have the authority of all persons traveling in the group to make the booking on their behalf and that they have read and accepted these terms & conditions.

5, The deposit is accepted as part payment for the holiday

6, The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure. If you book within 10 weeks of departure then the full amount must be paid to Domaine De Goncourt at the time of booking.

7, If the balance is not received by due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking you will forfeit deposit paid and we will treat it as a cancellation on your part.

8, The cost of your holiday is fully guaranteed

9, You are advised to arrange travel insurance including medical costs and personal belonging's, public liability, death,and personal injury as these are not covered by our insurance.

10, All passports Health certs and green card requirements are your responsibility, we accept no responsibility for any delays or expense incurred.

11, We are not liable for any losses due to weather conditions closure of port or road or any other circumstances beyond our control.

12, Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the total amount you have paid to us. You must take all precautions to safe guard you and your group's personal safety.

13, We accept no liability for any death or personal injury unless this results from negligence by our staff [provided at the time they were acting in the course of their employment.

14, All persons agree to the fishery rules copy on this website.

15, We reserve the right to terminate your booking if we or our employees consider your behaviour is thought to be in any way degrading or abusive to our employees or that the way the fish are handled is deemed unacceptable.


15a, if any rules are broken during your stay at Domaine de Goncourt we reserve the right to remove all of the group from the complex without a refund.

16, In the unlikely event of a complaint by you or one of your party, please advise us on the day of complaint so will can evaluate and take action before your trip concludes

17, Domaine De Goncourt has a strictly over 16 years policy on site.
